Sovereign infrastructure

We operate our own hardware and IP ranges rather than renting capacity from third-party mail queues. That gives total control over sender reputation: no unknown senders sharing your IP, no shared delivery architecture inheriting someone else's complaints, and no platform deciding to suspend your account because a neighbour misbehaved. Dedicated clean IPs

High-volume traffic is placed on dedicated IPs with a clean history, alongside the DNS records each sending domain needs. IP warming protocols

A new IP has no reputation, so mailbox providers throttle it until they have seen enough well-received mail. We implement custom ramp-up protocols that build trust with Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo before you scale, with granular throttling matched to each provider's limits rather than one global rate. The principles are the same ones we publish in how to warm up a new email domain or IP; the difference is that we run the schedule against your live logs and adjust it daily.

What we watch during warm-up

Warm-up succeeds or fails on a small number of signals, and we read them from the raw logs every day rather than waiting for a weekly report. Bounce rate, complaint rate, deferrals and throttling messages from each provider tell us whether to hold volume or increase it. Our published thresholds are the ones we use: see {A("what-is-good-email-bounce-rate.html", "what a good bounce rate is")} and {A("what-is-good-spam-complaint-rate.html", "what a good spam complaint rate is")}. If a provider starts deferring, we diagnose the cause from the handshake rather than simply backing off.

Moving from a shared platform

Senders leaving an ESP usually worry about losing the reputation they have built. The IP reputation was never theirs on a shared pool; the domain reputation is, and it travels with correctly aligned authentication. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the new infrastructure before any mail moves, so the domain's history carries over. {A("what-is-dmarc-alignment.html", "DMARC alignment")} is the part most migrations get wrong.
