Email Deliverability Audit for High-Volume Senders

Raw log analysis, authentication checks and a reputation review from engineers who read the handshake, not the dashboard.

Trusted by senders of 10M+ emails/month.

What the forensic review covers

Most deliverability tools show you a bounce count. Our audit starts from the raw SMTP logs, because the handshake between your sending infrastructure and each mailbox provider records exactly why a message was rejected, deferred or filtered. Our engineers work through that record rather than an automated "black box" score.

What you receive

A written report from the engineer who reviewed your logs, setting out the root causes we found, in the order they are hurting you, and the fixes for each. Where the cause is authentication or DNS, the report gives the exact record changes. Where it is reputation or list quality, it gives the throttling and segmentation changes we would make. There is no automated scorecard; a person reads your logs and writes to you.

Who it is for

Senders who have outgrown standard platforms and are seeing unexplained account suspensions, critical outreach buried in the spam folder, or rejections they cannot explain. We work with senders of 10M+ emails a month, but the review is useful at any volume where deliverability has a direct commercial cost.

After the audit

Most clients fix the report's findings themselves and are done. Where the causes are structural, such as a shared IP pool you cannot control or a list that needs rebuilding, the report will say so, and the options are our {A("dedicated-ip-email-infrastructure.html", "dedicated IP infrastructure")} or an ongoing {A("email-deliverability-consultancy.html", "consultancy engagement")}. Neither is assumed; the audit stands on its own.

How to request it

Enter your work email above or use the button below and complete the short form. It asks for your company, contact details and monthly volume so that the right engineer picks it up. If you need help immediately, the form also links to our calendar so you can book a specific time slot. Existing customers can also raise a review through their account login.

If you would rather start with a self-check, read how to test your email deliverability and how to check your SPF record first, then send us what you find.
